Muscular Endurance

Muscular endurance is the ability of your body to move a resistance several times, or to hold a resistance for a period of time. We test muscular endurance with the curl-up test, and then compare your results with those of the norm. Good muscular endurance enables you to do everyday tasks with less fatigue.
