Muscular Strength

Muscular strength is the maximum force that can be generated by a specific muscle or muscle group. We measure muscular strength by having you perform 3 exercises, 2 for the upper body, and 1 for the lower body. We compare your muscular strength to your body weight, which tells us how efficient your body is for its mass. Strong muscles not only contribute to joint integrity, strength training in general decreases your risk for osteoporosis.
