Diet Analysis

A computer-generated analysis of your diet produces a comparison of your typical intake to accepted nutrient goals. The comparison uncovers potential deficiencies and/or excesses which may be preventing you from reaching your full fitness potential. Additionally, a diet questionnaire provides insight into other dietary habits, such as preferred foods, food frequencies, meal timing, and food preparation, which is valuable information when creating a personalized nutrition program.
