METHOD
Our personal training programs are all formulated using
what we call the fundamentals of "EASE ™".
These fundamentals are: Effective, Accurate, Safe, and
Efficient.
With the application of the "EASE ™"
fundamentals, our personal fitness training programs
are specialized and designed to help you take your health
and fitness to a higher more integrated level. If you
are a fitness beginner or a competitive athlete, you
can utilize the most advanced fitness technology and
resources in our state-of-the-art facility to achieve
your fitness goals.

We start you off with a complete and accurate 10 Component
Fitness Evaluation which includes an aerobic metabolic profile
(VO2 max), body composition testing, resting metabolic profile,
nutritional analysis, muscular strength, muscular endurance,
flexibility, balance and posture. From this baseline information
we develop a one-on-one personal training program with a professional
trainer for you to learn the appropriate techniques, intensity,
and specialized skills. Our one-on-one personal service keeps
you motivated and accountable to ensure that you get the most
out of your fitness-training regime.
