SOCCER
Soccer is a multi-dimensional sport combining precise
skill and dynamic agility, while also building teamwork,
discipline, and leadership. At Areté HealthFit,
we believe in building the complete soccer athlete.
As professionals, we understand the athletic conditioning
required to create lightening quick first steps, reactive
agility, and explosive acceleration.
Our 12-Week Soccer Conditioning Program focuses on the
sport-specific training required for soccer while also
developing the proper mindset through our "What
Makes a Winner" seminar series. With Areté
HealthFit's effective, accurate, safe, and efficient
training principles, we incorporate a physical progression
through 3 Phases of Periodization to ensure that the
athlete is in peak physical condition at the beginning
of soccer season.
